Lemon Honey Fruit Dip Recipe

For the lemon curd:

½ cup sugar

2 whole eggs

1 lemon, zested

½ cup lemon juice

¼ cup butter, melted

2 5.3 oz containers honey flavored Yulu Yogurt

½ teaspoon honey for garnish, optional

Additional lemon zest, optional


To prepare the lemon curd: combine whisk together sugar and eggs until smooth. Stir in lemon zest and juice. Slowly whisk in melted butter. Place bowl in the microwave. Heat for 1 minute; stir. Continue heating the lemon mixture in 1 minute intervals until mixture is thick and coats the back of a spoon. Place in the refrigerator until completely cool. When ready, blend in yogurt. Top with lemon zest and honey if desired.
