Creamy Crab Dip

      Ingredients

    1. 1 package (8 ounces) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese (softened or cubed), softened
    2. 2 green onions, chopped
    3. 1/4 cup chopped sweet red pepper
    4. 2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
    5. 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
    6. 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
    7. 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
    8. 1/4 teaspoon salt
    9. 1/4 teaspoon pepper
    10. 2 cans (6 ounces each) crabmeat, drained, flaked and cartilage removed

Dash hot pepper sauce

    1. Assorted crackers

 

Directions

  1. In a 1-1/2-qt. slow cooker, combine the first nine ingredients; stir in crab. Cover and cook on low for 1-1/2 hours. Stir in dash of pepper sauce; cook 30 minutes longer or until heated through. Serve with crackers. Yield: 2-1/3 cups.
