Brownie Drops

For the chocolate lover….

Ingredients:

2 bars Baker’s German Sweet Chocolate

1 Tbsp. Butter

2 Eggs

3/4 cup Sugar

1/4 cup unsifted Flour

1/4 tsp. Baking Powder

1/4 tsp. Cinnamon

1/8 tsp. Salt

1/2 tsp. Vanilla

3/4 cup chopped Walnuts

Directions:

Melt Choc and butter in microwave. Cool slightly.

Beat eggs until foamy ten add sugar, 2 tbsp at a time. Beat for 5 min. on medium speed.

Blend in chocolate mixture.

Add dry ingredients, vanilla and nuts.

Roll into balls and place on greased cookie sheet.

Bake at 325 degrees for 8-10 minutes.

Makes about 3 dozen cookies.

Dough can be chilled like any other and used when convenient. Allow to warm slightly before forming balls.
