Ingredients:

4 cans Hormel chili no beans 15oz. size

1 can Brooks or Bush’s chili hot beans  40oz. Size

1 cam To-tel mild diced tomatoes & green chilies

1 can beef broth

1 medium onion diced

1 stick butter

Kitchen Bouquet (optional)

Directions:

In large stock pot or Dutch oven brown diced onions in butter. Add the 4 cans of chili, the can of beans, the can of tomatoes & green chilies and the broth.  Heat and let simmer for hours. The more it sits the better it tastes. My family likes brown chili, so sometimes I add a little Kitchen Bouquet to make it browner. Serve with crackers and shredded cheese.
