Bruschetta Burger (Induction Friendly)

Form your hamburger (turkey/beef) to whatever size you desire (0 carbs, baby!)

Once you place it in a preheated pan, sprinkle garlic powder and your favorite italian seasoning on the raw side. Let it cook until it is nice and brown on one side.

Flip it and cook it until it is just shy of your desired “doneness”

Put a 2 oz. slice of mozzarella cheese on top and sprinkle with more garlic powder and seasoning

Put one or two slices of (or diced if you prefer) tomato (I prefer roma/plum) on top and sprinkle with a little more seasoning

Finally, put on <1 oz. of fresh grated parmesan cheese (with a little more seasoning if you wish!)

Cover with pan lid and let it cook another 3-5 minutes until cheese is melted and tomatoes are beginning to soften. Picture shows a bun…that’s a no-no. Couldn’t find a pic without a bun….they seem to think you can’t have a burger without one.
