Pistachio Torte

Ingredients:

1 c. flour

1/2 c. butter

2 Tbsp. sugar

1/4 c. chopped nuts

Put in 9″ x 13″ pan. Bake 375° F for 15 minutes. Let cool.

Filling

8-oz. cream cheese

2/3 c. powder sugar

1 medium carton non-dairy whipped topping

Place on crust.

Topping

2 3-oz. pkg. instant pistachio pudding

3 c. milk

Beat until thick, put on filling. Sprinkle on nuts.
