- 10 ounces salmon steaks, 4 – 2-1/2 ounces. steaks,
- Cooking spray
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoons dried dill weed
- 1/2 teaspoons chopped parsley
- 1/2 teaspoons black pepper

Directions
- Rinse the steaks well in cold water and then pat them dry with paper towels.
- After placing the steaks in a shallow baking pan coated with cooking spray, brush the steak with lemon juice.
- Sprinkle them evenly with the dillweed, parsley, and pepper.
- Bake for roughly 25 to 30 minutes at 375 degrees F, or until the fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
