Ingredients
- 1-1/2 pound ground beef or turkey
- 1 med. onion, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 package (16 ounces) frozen Tater Tot potatoes or refrigerated diced potatoes
- 2 cans (10-3/4 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
- 1-1/3 cups milk or water
- 2 cup (4 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
- In a large skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. Season with salt and pepper.
- Transfer to a greased 9×13 baking dish. Top with potatoes. Combine soup and milk; pour over potatoes. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 30 minutes or until heated through. Yield: 6 servings.
