Set oven to 325 degrees  /  Butter 8″ pie or cake pan

Ingredients:

8 oz. Cream Cheese softened

3 Eggs

2/3 Cup sugar

1 tsp. Almond extract

Directions:

Mix together and pour into buttered pie or cake pan.  Bake for 30-35 min. Remove from oven and cool for 10-15 min. Top of cake will indent.

Topping:

1 Cup Sour Cream

3 tbsp. Sugar

1 tsp. Vanilla

Pour mixture into indentation, spread evenly, return to oven and bake another 10-15 min. Remove and Cool.  Top with fruit if desired.
