Ingredients:
4 ounces cream cheese, softened
2 large eggs
2 tablespoons bulk sugar substitute
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1?8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Directions:
Add all of the ingredients to a bowl and mix with a fork until smooth.
Pour the mixture evenly into the bottom of 2 microwaveable cereal bowls and microwave on high for 2 minutes, rotating the bowls every 30 seconds
Use a spatula to remove Danishes from bowls, and let cool 2 to 3 minutes before serving.
HELPFUL HINTS
I like to top with additional cinnamon and sugar substitute before serving. Or add fresh berries or sliced almonds to the center for something even better!
