Creamy Salsa Dip

      Ingredients

    1. 8 ounces PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese
    2. 2/3 cup chunky salsa
    3. 4 teaspoons sweet pickle relish, drained
    4. 1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
    5. 4 tablespoons chopped celery
    6. 4 tablespoons thinly sliced green onion
    7. 4 tablespoons chopped green pepper
    8. 4 tablespoons chopped sweet red pepper
    9. Assorted fresh vegetables

 

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, combine the cream cheese, salsa, pickle relish and pepper sauce until blended. Stir in the celery, onion and peppers. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Serve with vegetables. Yield: 2 cups.
