Dill Dip

 

It’s A Dilly!

20 Servings Prep: 10 Min. + Chilling
      Ingredients

    1. 2 cups (16 ounces) sour cream
    2. 1 green pepper, finely chopped
    3. 1/4 cup minced chives
    4. 1/4 cup minced fresh parsley
    5. 2 tablespoons minced fresh dill or 2 teaspoons dill weed
    6. 1/2 teaspoon salt
    7. Assorted raw vegetables or crackers

 

Directions

    1. In a bowl, combine the first six ingredients. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Serve with vegetables, bread or crackers. Yield: 2-1/2 cups.
