Ingredients:
2 pork chops (mine were quite thick)
Salt, if desired
Pepper, if desired
Butter and oil, equal amounts
1/2 cup heavy cream
1T minced garlic
2t butter
Thickener, if desired
Directions:
Pork Chops
1. Heat butter and oil in pan
2. Brown the pork chops on both sides
3. Lower heat and cook until desired doneness (some people cover and simmer, I didn’t)
4. Remove pork chops from heat and keep warm
Sauce
1. Add butter to pan, let melt
2. Add minced garlic, cook until soft
3. Add heavy cream, stir frequently, cooking until warm
Plate the pork chops and pour desired amount of sauce over top. Enjoy!
