SALTED CARAMEL CREAM CHEESE DIP

INGREDIENTS:

14oz caramels

2 tablespoons milk or cream

5oz cream cheese

coarse sea salt (to taste)

DIRECTIONS:

Step 1

In a glass bowl melt the caramel and milk in the microwave for 1 minute. Stir. Heat in 30 second bursts, stirring each time until completely melted and smooth. Allow to cool for a few minutes.

Step 2

Pour caramel into a mixing bowl and beat on high until light – about 5 minutes. Add cream cheese and beat again until light and creamy. Add sea salt to taste
