Butter Balls

Melt in your mouth……

Ingredients:

1 cup Butter

1/2 cup Powdered Sugar

2/3 Finely Ground Almonds

1-1/2 tsps. Vanilla

2 cups Flour

Directions:

Cream butter, sugar and vanilla.

Add flour and almonds, blend well.

Place in bowl and chill until ready to bake.

When ready to bake, set dough out for a few minutes to warm.

Shape into small balls and bake at 300 degrees for 20 min.

Do not over-bake. Remove to counter to cool.

Roll in powdered sugar once cooled.

Makes 5-6 dozen.
